Rich is great in the service department. When I bought 2024 Colorado off the lot I picked it up 6 days later bc they had to do the spray in bed liner and pin stripping, nothing was done. While I was waiting for my Trax to have its recall fixed, at least 6 people pasted me and only 1 looked at me or even spoke while I was in the waiting room.
