It's not service that's an issue it's the fact that I bought a brand new Atlas Cross Sport that vibrates and does not have a smooth ride and no one has an answer. I asked a couple days after purchasing if I could upgrade to the other vehicle I looked at and was told no. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that shakes when I drive. I will be calling corporate and I'm glad I have on record that my brand new car had been in the shop twice within the first month. Had a loaner for 5 days and it still drives the same if not worse.
