The big problem was the time frame. It took 35 days to complete a 4 hr repair and Hamilton did not seem to care that I was without a car for that whole period. I dropped the car off a week early to help them while I was in Florida. That was a mistake. When I got back they had no car for me and the repair took 23 more days! Kinda hard to get by for over 3 weeks without a car. More
