I would absolutely recommend Michael Loiselle but would NOT recommend the dealership because of the absolutely horrible handling of my vehicle during service. One week after purchasing my vehicle it was d NOT recommend the dealership because of the absolutely horrible handling of my vehicle during service. One week after purchasing my vehicle it was discovered that they should not have sold me the car because it had a safety recall on it that they did not address prior to me purchasing. DAVE begged me to bring the car in the next day because this was obviously a black eye for them and assured me there would be a loaner waiting for me and that I would be in and out. There wasn't a loaner. I wasn't in and out. Let's just say that DAVE is full of xxx and will say anything he has to to get what he needs from you. For my inconvenience I asked DAVE to have my car detailed figuring it's the least they could do and he said ok to me but told my salesman Michael no to detailing. So Michael had my car detailed and paid for it out of his own pocket. FYI...he hides in a back office of the service area so he doesn't have to deal with people he lies to. More
