Truth always comes out in the end. I went in to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive I told the sales guy I wanted to take a day or two to think about it knowing very well it I went in to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive I told the sales guy I wanted to take a day or two to think about it knowing very well it could sell in the meantime. He kept reiterating what I already knew. Anyways, his pressure tactics worked and I was stupid enough to sign the paperwork. Lucky for me I didn't give them any money that day. I get home, give it some thought, and realized I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. I email the sales guy letting him know I changed my mind. Judging from his response, I'm guessing he was annoyed. He insinuated that I "wasted" his time and went on about how he doesn't make money if he can't sell. Honestly not my problem. You chose to be a car salesman. I also have reason to believe he lied to my face just so he can "connect" with me on a personal level. Not to mention they gave me a low ball offer on my current vehicle. I have zero regrets backing out of the deal like I did. More
