Service department tried to over charge me over $5,000, for false repairs then as I reported this to management they prior it back installed me that there was nothing wrong but reset the tire gauges. A day later a salesman from the same dealership said he has a aggressive offer to buy my car. His offer was to just pay off the remainder of my financed 2024 Malibu.i haven't reported it to the BBB yet or our NM state attorneys office. I have the documents. It's unfortunate that I as a repeat customer who purchased 2 new vehicles from them in the past was treated like that. Well I guess reliable Chevrolet is facing desperate times, so that may explain their desperate measures. More
