We were prepared to write a check but in order to get $2,000 more for trading in our 2018 CRV, we spent 3 1/2 hours unlocking our credit and signing paperwork. From our point of view it turned what should be a fulfilling purchase into a stressful hassle-unlocking credit reports, establishing a new banking relationship and setting up unnecessary loan payments. We do not see how this benefits the purchaser. More

I arrived for a 9:00 am service appointment for my Honda HR-V. I decided to see what was in the showroom. I was initially met by Mike who was very social and welcoming. Got swindled by Jeff, the finance guy. Asked for paper copy of itemized bill of sale prior to signing. Gave me UNITEMIZED contract instead. He also LIED to me about my interest rate, and said there was no deductible for using the service contract, which GM told me wasn't true. Asked GM to cancel Appearance and Windshield warranties and refund $2700 but he wouldn't I'll be submitting complaints to Florida AG and BBB. Sales people were nice. More
