He was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about all o Lincoln and it was the best experience we have ever had. Mike was great to deal with! He was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about all of the options and technology our vehicle came equipped with. He even stayed late in order to set help my wife set the car up to her phone and show us how to use all of the options. Mike also followed up with us the next day to see how we liked the vehicle and if we needed any further assistance. Even the employees who we did not directly work with were very nice.
