When we later decided to buy it, we asked Mike to take care of a few minor cosmetic issues, which were done quickly before we showed up to buy the car. The entire process was effortless on our part. Then, when we had a problem with the battery just a few days after picking up the car, Mike quickly sent us a check towards the expense even though it was not covered under the warranty. More
