1st Time Subaru Owner - Best Car Buying Experience EVER! This was my first time buying a Subaru and walking into Pine Belt I was 100% set on the make, just not the model. Ended up purchasing a 2019 Outback This was my first time buying a Subaru and walking into Pine Belt I was 100% set on the make, just not the model. Ended up purchasing a 2019 Outback which was a corporate car, so it had very low mileage on it and was considered "Previously Owned." Never during the car buying experience did I feel like I was buying a used car. All of the numbers that Matt quoted me the day I was at Pine Belt taking the vehicle for a test drive were completely the same the next day when I went back with my husband and kids (my husband had seen the written sheet Matt had left me with, so there were no surprises.) Michael in the Finance Office explained all the financing options in a detailed, no pressure way. To sum it up, the time it took us to complete the purchase at Pine Belt took a lot less time than my two kids thought it every would, and when they asked us if this had been the easiest car buying experience ever, my husband was the one to reply, "absolutely yes!" More

Pleasant and efficient I went to the dealership thinking I wanted to buy an Outback. When I was looking at the other cars I became unsure because many of them looked good an I went to the dealership thinking I wanted to buy an Outback. Luis walked up to me and asked if I would like to test drive different types of vehicles. We drove three cars and he pleasantly explained things about each car. He knowledgeably answered all my questions. He knew the product and was always pleasant and personalable I met Eric when I was filling out papers and he knew his end of the process and moved it along efficiently. The following day I had questions about the contract, which I found to be confusing and Mike called me back explaining. I chose to go to the dealership because I still didn't get it. He went through the contract math again with me making me more comfortable it was correct. I just started driving my Outback and really like it. It's too new for me to review but the dealership was excellent. More
