Payout check not paid as promised!! I had a great experience at the dealership, however, the issues started after I purchased the car. A month after the car was purchased, I found out th I had a great experience at the dealership, however, the issues started after I purchased the car. A month after the car was purchased, I found out that the dealership have not paid the loan for the trade in car(as promised). When I called my bank, they stated that I am still responsible for the old loan. I called Nissan dealership, and not one individual returned my calls. I left a message with Chris and Michael, asking them to please call me and explain why the payout has not been paid. After calling again, I spoke with George. He took my information down and stated that he will return my call but never did. It is funny how I was constantly being harassed, getting frequent calls about completing the survey, and requesting that I "put 10's,"but the moment I have inquiries or issues, I am unable to speak to someone. Now, I am stuck with two car loans, and no explanation. If you want to trade your car in for another one, and still have a balance on the old car, this is not the place for you. Trust me!! More

Experience at White Plains Nissan I was very nervous when purchasing the car because this was the first time that I buy the car with out seeing it in front of me. The sales associate I was very nervous when purchasing the car because this was the first time that I buy the car with out seeing it in front of me. The sales associate Tyson Brown had assisted me and was training Mr. Anthony Nunez. I must say Mr. Brown had me a bit confused. After purchasing my 2016 Nissan Maxima a lot of the features I thought I was getting was not on my vehicle. I was a bit upset at first rethinking my purchase but after speaking with Mr. Nunez he was able to address ALL of my concerns and clearly explained the purchase and made sure that I was content. I must say for a trainee he has gone above and beyond my expectations. I didn't care much for Mr. Brown but Thanks to Mr. Nunez and the rest of the W.P. Nissan team I was at ease with my decision and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks to Mr. Nunez problem solving skills I give you guys a 10 (If not it would of probably been an 8)! More

I give Mr. Davis 5 stars. However, I cannot say the same for the finance management team, the person who was supposed to close my deal decided to leave and I was left waiting for over 3 hours just to sign my lease when I was rushed to get there. The only reason why I proceeded to close the deal was because I already had my heart set on driving out in my new car that night and because of Mr. Davis hard work. Otherwise I would have left. More
