My truck was making a strange noise 2 weeks after purchase. I knew it wasn’t a big issue but they got me right in, changed a belt out and said sorry, enjoy your new truck. This truck has been to two other Toyota shops and it was never fixed. The engine light always came on again after only a few miles. You fixed it the first time we towed it into the shop. This time we were never fixed. The engine light always came on again after only a few miles. You fixed it the first time we towed it into the shop. This time we were able to drive it over. And you fixed it one more time. Terry is retired now. I hope the repairs last a little longer now. More

When I received the mailing on the airbag recall I called to schedule an appointment. Another mailing said there was a replacement for an underbody cable that would extend warranty. Great. Appointment was ye to schedule an appointment. Another mailing said there was a replacement for an underbody cable that would extend warranty. Great. Appointment was yesterday at 10am to take care of both items. I was called about 2pm and I drove the RAV4 home at 2:30ish. I had to adjust the seat and the display on the dash. I appreciate the Service Department at Four Stars Toyota! More
