Yesterday's purchase was the 6th since 2010. I buy there because they always beat the local competition's price. So much so that I no longer competitive price shop. the front end of the deal was I buy there because they always beat the local competition's price. So much so that I no longer competitive price shop. the front end of the deal was great. The usual no xx, simple negotiation. Now the differences; first no longer can the buyer pick the vehicle, options, and color wanted. In the past sales worked a swap with other Southeast stores so u get the car wanted. Nope options are from the floorplan, or in transit. Next u wait cause the expected delivery date is an estimate. Finance would have been smooth, if the computer didn't crash, which it did. Now comes the inspection and familiarization with all the new tech. This is where Deluca really needs help. Sales only Bluetooth' the phones. Thats all they do tech wise. Now we wait for Deluca's one IT guy for a tutorial on the new tech. That afternoon finance finished 5 deals, and the one IT guy was somewhere with another customer. We had a verbal commitment, a promise, that after the sale we would have the help needed to understand how to set up and use the new tech. That didn't happen. Not the fault of sales, the fault of management, for only having one trained guy in such a busy store. The manuals are a joke unless you're a nerd. Yeah, I'm 76 and not techy. So far U tube has been the most help, but the 25's are too new. My advice insist on tech support before buying. More
