I purchased my vehicle less than a year ago, with an extended warranty. When I needed an oil change and my tire pressure sensor light went on at around the same time, I brought my car to their repair sh extended warranty. When I needed an oil change and my tire pressure sensor light went on at around the same time, I brought my car to their repair shop, having purchased my car from them. The oil change was complete, but I was told they could not do the tire pressure job, and I needed to take it to a certified ford dealer. No problem. I did. After diagnosis, I was told I needed 4 new tires pressure sensors and was given an estimate of $700. Confused because my car was in my possession for less than a year, and under warranty, I called Karp service center and was told to bring the car back so they could do their own diagnostic. Okay. No problem. I brought the car to them on a Thursday night for a Friday appointment and told them what I was told the issue was. I was called on Friday and told they needed more time. I was called on Saturday and told they needed more time but they were confident I was wrong about needing 4 tire pressure sensors, and asked me to approve a $250 diagnostic fee..umm okay. Later on Saturday I was called and told they needed until Monday. Ultimately we get to Thursday where I did in fact need 4 tire pressure sensors and after the warranty kicks in, my out of pocket cost would be $696. Shocked and confused because my out of pocket cost at another location without a warranty kicking any money in was $700, I told them not to do the job so I can follow up with the warranty company. Long story short, in speaking with my warranty company, my out of pocket expenses were so high because Karp was jacking up the prices and I was absorbing additional costs above and beyond what the warranty company was covering. They covered MSRP prices for parts at approx. $85 (x4). I went online and looked up prices of the parts I needed. I could purchase them for approx. $85. Karp was charging me $133 per part. That’s $200 out of pocket, from me. There was some confusion about how much labor was put in for vs how much I was charged for. 2.2 hrs at $250/hr on my itemized bill. 1 hour when I spoke to the warranty company reviewing the itemized bill. Another $250 out of pocket from me? When I questioned it via email, to have answers in writing, I was never given a response. Funny how they couldn’t do the job in the beginning, but when they saw dollar signs they suddenly could. I’m not saying they’ll cheat you, but if the warranty company suggests it, maybe you should believe them. I am going to now make every effort to amend my contract so I never have to come here again for repairs, or get a prorated refund on the remaining months of the 72 months I have, since my car is paid in full and everyone has all their money. I feel taken advantage of, deceived, and disgusted. They had fixed one sensor to make sure it was the right problem they were solving before continuing the work. The problem I told them it was nearly a week earlier, let’s not forget, that they repeatedly told me I was wrong about. When I didn’t approve the job, the resolution we came to was that they undid the work they had done, and I’d pick up my car in the same condition I brought it to them. If my out of pocket expenses are going to be $700, I’ll spend my money with honest people. More

Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars. More

Allowed us to come to a decision over several days. Would highly recommend both Eric and his dealership. Allowed us the time to come to a decision on our own. Jonathan, a manager at Karp, was also informative, professional, efficient and helpful. More

I gave it a one star because their pricing is competitive, but with that comes a lack of professional or efficient service. Sales staff often leaves you with no response, promises to get back to competitive, but with that comes a lack of professional or efficient service. Sales staff often leaves you with no response, promises to get back to you within a certain time frame and then forgets about you. We reached out to Karp Kia and confirmed we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. We put a deposit down and told them the day/time that we would be there to pick it up. We asked to see financing information and details regarding the certified pre-owned information. A week went by without us seeing the documentation. Finally, two days before we were supposed to pick up the car, we asked for it again. They said he would get it to us by the end of the day… then silence. We reached out again at the end of the day and told we would see it the morning which is a day before we were to arrive to pickup the vehicle.. The next day comes and again, silence. By the middle of the day, we finally had to call and speak with a manager to get the information. The next day we were scheduled to meet salesperson when the dealership opened to purchase the vehicle. They were no where to be found and no one else would help us, including, the managers. The managers actually seemed to be avoiding us and casually just kept going outside to vape or walking laps around the parking lot. After the salesperson arrived, it turns out the car wasn't even ready to go. In the end, I waited 5 hours at the dealership until the car was ready. Not once did really anyone else seem to want to help. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is the finance team was kind and very efficient. Everyone else lacked a sense of professionalism and common courtesy. In the end, staff tried to blame me for the delay and said that if I had given them my insurance information prior there wouldn’t be a delay. We had checked in several times to ensure all was good and wasn't asked for this information until 30 minutes prior to their closing the night before we were set to pickup. I got my insurance information to them within 15 minutes and it still took 5 hours for me to leave the dealership with the car. Avoid this place even if the deal seems competitive. More
Craig Graber made our first time new car buying experience a very good one. It was far above and beyond our expectations; especially where it really counts; auto financing! Phillip Dellisola als experience a very good one. It was far above and beyond our expectations; especially where it really counts; auto financing! Phillip Dellisola also didn't disappoint. He provided the needed servicing of the faulty liftgate. This made up for the time lost initially trying to work with Kyle Schmeling, who we found to be very unlike his colleagues. Otherwise, I highly recommend Karp. You can't go wrong buying your car here. More

I leased a Kia Seltos from Karp Auto and had the most wonderful experience. I didn't have an appointment and decided to walk in. I was greeted by the owner I believed who immediately sat me with a sales wonderful experience. I didn't have an appointment and decided to walk in. I was greeted by the owner I believed who immediately sat me with a sales rep, Mr. Neil Fogel. He was very warm, friendly, genuine and knowledgably. He had a wonderful sense of humor which kept me laughing. He made the process so seamless and effortless. He even made follow up calls after I left with the dealership with the car. I already recommended him and the dealership to a friend. Thanks again Neil! More
