Update: I didn't receive a call back until well after this review was published. Initially they wanted ME to drive all the way there and pick up the missing items. Finally, they realized that such a request was ludicrous and they dispatched a driver to deliver the items in question to my home. Final kick in the teeth: the person I spoke to said that the g.m. requested that I take down the review!?!?! Even before the mistake was corrected and without reaching out to me. To that I replied that I would provide an update and only after the items were delivered to me. Both the original review and update are true and factual. Therefore I will not take them down as they faithfully represent my lived experience and can help other potential customers. So, I purchased a red 2025 HRV AWD with low miles (8,500) which is exactly the car I was hunting for the last three and a half months. My experience when I called to inquire if it was still there ... well, let's say left a lot to be desired. Since I wanted that specific car, and as it took a good two months of research to make a short list and then zero in on this model. Then another three and a half months to find this one. As I missed out on three of them with the same specs, I was ready to buy, but not ready to negotiate with a very unwelcoming sales rep. So, the same day I hired a broker, and the next day I got a deal I wanted. So far, so good. We went and picked up the car - the fellow who actually handled the sale (Kevin) was responsive, respectful, and nice. Not so much when I discovered a problem. Trouble happened when I opened the glove compartment to retrieve the owner manual yesterday, it was gone. It was there when I asked Kevin about the manual - he opened the glove compartment and showed it all to me. And now it's all gone, even the "sold" sign I wanted to keep for kicks and giggles!?!?!? So, some time while my broker and I were in the financial office, someone took it all out. Also, and this is my bad probably, after getting home I noticed that one of the little hubcaps and two caps on tires were missing, all on the passenger side. While looking at the car, I was told that it was inspected and detailed and I trusted them ... so, wouldn't have they noticed the missing parts? it didn't even cross my mind to look at the passenger side ... stupid trusting me!!! To make the issue even worse: this all was communicated today - TWICE and the glove box contents - and there is no response. Since I was not about to drive 45 minutes each way back there, I just went and purchased the missing parts at my neighbourhood Honda dealer, Showcase Honda where, by the way I worked with an absolutely amazing sales person, and whose customer service is 1000% better than this dealer! It's just a bummer that, despite his diligent search, he couldn't locate one car with such a specific list of specs. I really don't care about the minimal expense for missing parts. But I do as heck care about the owner manual. As it is, I am stumbling around the system and trying to find various things and options. I need a service schedule as well, which was in the glove compartment ... then mysteriously vanished while I was paying for the vehicle. I am really NOT a happy camper right now as they are not returning calls. Obviously, they cared about me until they had a check in hand ... once off the lot, they don't give a flying fig ... shame! More

We have tried to work with them several times. They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a loaner while they took time to do the recalls. When we showed up for the appointment they said they don't do loaners. But for some reason they keep promising them. They said a manager would contact us but they never did. Go figure. So this time we made arrangements for ourselves so we could leave the vehicle. Then they call us after we have left the vehicle saying your car is in great shape! It needs $3,000 in repairs though... and we can't do one of the recalls unless you do one of the repairs. The recall is a legitimate safety concern that is malfunctioning in our car, and they just want to make money off of us. Im not sure how or who to complain to but i would think that it would be mandatory for them to replace something that is malfunctioning and is a safety concern. These people are a joke More

Honda Superstition Springs where I purchased my car in 2018 used to be excellent. I have all my servicing there as well. The person I was assigned to Gabbie, wasn’t there, they paged her twice then actually went in the back to get her, when she finally came to her work space, she rolled her eyes & asked why I was there, I showed her the paper for the recall, snatched it out of my hand & said it will take 3-4 hrs. I left & will go to Chandler for any further servicing, my next car (2-5yrs) will be a Toyota. More

Do NOT buy a Honda. 100% Do NOT buy an extended warranty because they will try to rip you off before telling you the problem. Also the service team is very incompetent 100% Do NOT buy an extended warranty because they will try to rip you off before telling you the problem. I’ve had two encounters with Honda SS and both have been great. The first time was with the service department, they were so accommodating and honest I vowed to come back the next time I needed a car which great. The car buying experience was just as pleasant ~ quick, easy & honest! They took the time to work with me to find the Honda that matched my exact needs. I am now an customer for life :) More

The transaction was a tad complex since I currently had a lease to add into the mix but with the help of Mike Rutherford and also the finance person David H. whom we had the pleasure of meeting we were able to make it happen. The attention to detail and the sense of urgency and asking open ended questions truly made me feel valued and I highly recommend Honda of Supersition to my family and to my friends. This is the fourth vehicle my family has purchased from Honda of superstition! I also have two small children and I appreciate them having a kids area for them to color read or watch a movie ! More
