This is the best experience I have ever had with a dealer in my life. Kristal Sherman (BDC Agent) saved my skin by sitting with me and figuring out a new car after my wife's car was destroyed in an accident in my life. Kristal Sherman (BDC Agent) saved my skin by sitting with me and figuring out a new car after my wife's car was destroyed in an accident. She even took my calls late into the night when I thought the insurance company was going to tow the totaled car to salvage before I had cleaned it out. Dzejla (Jla) Bungur (Sales Agent) went above and beyond to make, and finalize the purchase, program my phone, follow me home and drive me back to the dealership since I had too many cars and not enough drivers after the sale. The finance person (Mr. Scavo) was excellent - a real professional. And the person who prepared the car for delivery was fantastic. More
