The staff is very friendly And accommodating. They bend over backwards for you not that they have to because Kia is a top-of-the-line car with the best warranty you’ll ever find. I bought a brand new car with 5 miles on it. And when I tell you this is the worst experience ever. I hate I bought the car. Do not buy from these people I’m having nothing but problems. First the check en tell you this is the worst experience ever. I hate I bought the car. Do not buy from these people I’m having nothing but problems. First the check engine light was on and the car wouldn’t accelerate. They told me it was a motor mount they could fix it the next day. Next day get here and they wrong part was ordered. So I had to go another 2 days without my car. They placed me in Kia Soul I’m 6ft 2in I was crammed in that thing. I go outside the next morning and the tire was flat. So I put air in it. Get half way down the street from the gas station and the tire light comes back on and the tire is rapidly loosing air. So I go back to the dealership and they made me sit to see if they could fix the tire. Another inconvenience. Then finally after a hour they put me in another car. Now today I take the car back now 6 months old because the trunk won’t stay closed. They tell me that it’s going to take a hour and a half for someone to look at it. Then they call me and say that the have to order the part. I asked the man well what you guys gone do as far as transportation. The man tells me they don’t have any loaner cars. And that I can just drive it like that. He told me I not him I could tie a string down on it so it don’t open. Who wants string on their brand new car? Who wants to ride around with their trunk open? I can’t go anywhere like that. So I call corporate and the only option they have is for me to go rent a vehicle and pay for it up front and they’ll reimburse me my money after my car is fixed. Why do I have to come out my pocket for anything when I bought a brand new car for a piece of mind? DON’T BUY A KIA YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!!! More

We had a very difficult situation with pre owned vehicle we bought from Kia. They took the time to listen to our concerns and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear. They went above and beyond to make i we bought from Kia. They took the time to listen to our concerns and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear. They went above and beyond to make it right and I will always recommend them to anyone. They mean what they say and they treated us like family they made it perfect. We will always use them and recommend them after all they did for us to fix some repairs on our car that we weren’t sure when and where they happened they stepped in and paid for the damages themselves with us paying a small co pay and even gave us a loaner car for free. Huge huge huge shout out to the Tony Bommarito the sales Manager as well as big big shout out to Rob and Mike in the service department. Thank you for making me feel safe to drive my vehicle and keeping your promise. You guys are all amazing. More
