After purchasing this vehicle, lights came on on the way home and we quickly realized there were many problems with the car. We took it back and were told they would need to order a part for the car. I worked really hard to follow up with them and try to get the assistance needed for our new family vehicle to work as we lived an hour and a half away and would need to get help dropping it off. Every time Michael or Billy answered the part hadn't come and soon enough they stopped taking my calls or calling me back when I left voicemails. Knowing we lived far away and didn't have a reliable vehicle I guess they thought we wouldn't matter after some time went by, I was severely disappointed and hoped they would eventually make it up to our family. That day has yet to come. More

Instead, I got a friendly salesman who listened to me and was helpful, as opposed to making me feel rushed or trying to talk me in to something that didn't accommodate my needs.
