A great experience I have been to Faulkner Toyota many times, the first being 9 years ago. At the time, I was looking at a used Highlander. Had it been my choice, I woul I have been to Faulkner Toyota many times, the first being 9 years ago. At the time, I was looking at a used Highlander. Had it been my choice, I would have purchased the vehicle. We went on to buy a new Honda Pilot which I never liked. Four years ago we came back and purchased a new Toyota Carolla for my husband. Most recently, my Pilot needed some work. I did not want to put money into a car I did not like. Therefore, I went to Faulkner to look at a used Toyota sienna minivan they had on the lot. They worked nicely with me and met my family’s needs. I was able to make a deal right then and there. Mike S. In used car sales was pleasant to deal with and took good care of me. He was not your typical used car salesman, thankfully. Steve the manager was pleasant as well. He followed through with making arrangements for me to have a hitch installed and some minor cosmetic fixes to be made to the car the week after my purchase. Tim and Mike in finance were very patient and understanding throughout the financing process. They were able to find me a suitable warranty that fit my needs and budget. Overall, great experience. Faulkner will always be my go to when purchasing a car or recommending a dealership to others. More

Mike Steinberg in sales was incredibly polite, attentive and his follow up was amazing. He is a guy who stands behind his word and is of the highest integrity (which I have learned the hard way is not common in car sales) I have worked in sales my entire life so I have very high expectations regarding a customers experience and Mike and the entire staff at Faulkner greatly exceeded them. Bill Blythe in finance was patient, willing to explain every detail and a absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family.
