He is totally knowledgeable about ALL the autos, and was not pushy, just friendly, warm, funny and concerned about us as purchasers and as human beings. This past Monday, we purchased our 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. He helped us with all phases of our concerns and was totally up on all points of the car. We were not in the agency for a long time, as was conscious of our time and made the purchase very smooth. We actually went back to this dealership because of Mike. At first my payments were too high and I had to back out, but Mike was able to go back and forth with his managers for me. Mike never left me hanging and always kept me updated on everything he was doing for me; he really went above and beyond. He was very easy going and NOT pushy. Michael Steinberg--A+ This is my second time using Michael Steinberg as a salesperson, and I can't imagine going another car dealership other than Faulkner Toyota. My firs This is my second time using Michael Steinberg as a salesperson, and I can't imagine going another car dealership other than Faulkner Toyota. My first experience with Mike was three years ago, when I leased a 2012 Corolla. Mike was super helpful in getting me monthly payments that were manageable, and could answer every question I had about the car and car-buying process. Today's experience with my first Rav4 was no different. I had fallen in love with the car since my mom had it (she bought through Michael as well), and I knew this was a perfect fit for me. Mike immediately mapped out a plan that would make my monthly payments affordable, and made the financial execution a very smooth and comfortable process. He listened to all of my questions, offered his honest input, and continued to check on things after the sale was complete. Mike is a nice, hardworking guy and really cares about helping the customer is any way possible. I would recommend Mike to anyone, including my twin sister, who is planning on buying a new car in a few months. Mike Steinberg, salesman I spoke to Mike on a saturday and told him I am buying on Monday. Monday I came there to purchace the the car I spoke to him about and the car got so I spoke to Mike on a saturday and told him I am buying on Monday. Monday I came there to purchace the the car I spoke to him about and the car got sold saturday nite. I told Mike that was the car I wanted and none of the others on the lot would do. Mike went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted and had it to me several hours later on the same day. 2 days later I found a small dent on it and told him about it and he took care of that also with professionalism. Highly recommend Mike for your new car needs, and the car im talking about is a 2015 camry xse. I love it and thanks again Mike Steinberg. More

To put it short, at night the salesmen at this dealership were throwing a football in the middle of the sales floor. They were videotaping customers and making fun of them and they we're more interested in what girls they were hanging out with at night than doing their job. I also emailed the GM two times with no reply. The salesman here that I have delt with and my family has delt with are very unprofessional. If you walk into this dealership after 730pm expect to see employees playing football and making videos on their phones. I've seem videos on social media that were taken and posted. Very dissatisfied and surprised that all this goes on once the managers leave. More
