Because we were dealt with so honestly and fairly, we did lease a new Camry through Mike. We have recently had a very bad experience with high pressure at another dealership , it was very refreshing to deal with Mike at Toyota and we will highly recommend him to our family and friends. On a first visit on a busy Saturday, we stopped in just trying to see firsthand the Prius we had been reading about on the web sites. We left in about 45 minutes to rush off to work but with a good sense of the product, inventory, current incentives and trade-in offer. Without pressure or a lot of hype, Mike helped us work through our questions and reservations. When we were ready to buy a week or so later, we found all the folks we dealt with at Faulkner to be professional. On the day we decided on our car, we were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Faulkner has been much easier to work with than the dealers we have chosen in the past. More

My experience was overall wonderful. I walked out of there with the car i wanted at the price I was comfortable with. I have been looking at cars for a few months now and have been to several dealers. I'm not quite ready to buy one yet. My salesperson, Michael, provided me with an abundance of information, much more than I truly expected. No matter what my question was, he was right there with an answer. Came in to look at Rav 4's. Mike and I spoke for a while and 3.5 hours later I drove home a new Rav4. Dealer liked my 09 Camry since it had low miles and was in a good shape.
