I appreciate that you finally responded, but let’s be clear: I have sent numerous emails to management, including attempts to contact the owner of the dealership, and received zero response. That silence speaks for itself.Your service team has not fixed what they caused. We are now at eight failed attempts in 6 months and your service manager continues insisting the vehicle is “fixed” despite the service intermittent light still, MGU issues, and the same symptoms repeating. I provided both a video and a timestamped photo of my mileage documenting the ongoing problems immediately after your repairs.No customer should ever have to go to this extent just to get a dealership to acknowledge and correct damage caused by its own service department.If you want, they have my info already.
