It was the best experience I ever had at a dealership, I can back that up by saying I’ve bought many vehicles over the years. When we walked into the dealership we were immediately greeted by Mike our sale can back that up by saying I’ve bought many vehicles over the years. When we walked into the dealership we were immediately greeted by Mike our salesperson. Pleasant, relaxed no pressure you felt as soon as you were inside. We said we wanted to look at some new Navigators and he led us outside and started to look at the vehicles. We looked at three cars and saw the Navigator for us. Mike went inside and retrieved the keys and were driving our soon to be new car. We asked all the questions about the new car and drove back to the dealer. We discussed price and agreed on price for the Navigator Reserve with a few extras. The paperwork was so easy and fast, we were amazed. The manager came over and we’re introduced etc. we drove out in out new Lincoln in a short time saying wow that was the nicest salesman we ever dealt with and the dealership was really a pleasant experience.we ever had. This by far is the nicest dealership to purchase a vehicle from and return to have the car serviced. They stand out by themselves as a leader in being a great dealership , and we think Mike our salesman was at the front of the best car buying experience we ever had. I give them 5Gold Stars for being the best! More
