Would have received a 5 rating but my oil change took 1:40 hours. Too long. Should be no longer than an hour. It took about two weeks wait to get an oil change. Bought my truck a year ago from ewald, just had it in for the 30k mile service. Went over everything that was done and replaced in a timely matter. Also have a good conversation with my sales guy if he doesn the 30k mile service. Went over everything that was done and replaced in a timely matter. Also have a good conversation with my sales guy if he doesn’t have a customer. But he does make it a point to say hi every time I’m at the dealership for scheduled standard service appointments. More
