Tony the financial specialists showed us all the options available and once again we feel like we got good coverage within the budget that we were trying to achieve. Customer service was above and beyond ... car arrived from lake norman with a full tank of gas, and very clean. We also like the incentibves of tires for life, and free car washes. I had to pick the car up for my husband so Michael showed me the inside components and how things work. He was very informative, kind and respectful. I've never been treated so well, and found it great that everyone was so polite and attentive, and trying to make us very comfortable, even though we had not purchased a very expensive or new vehicle.
