I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado from Grubbs Infiniti of Grapevine TX in March 2024 and I was left very unsatisfied. I was an out of state buyer from the internet and was mislead about the condition and of Grapevine TX in March 2024 and I was left very unsatisfied. I was an out of state buyer from the internet and was mislead about the condition and accident history of the vehicle. The truck had a huge dent in the rear bumper that was conveniently left off of the correspondence with the salesperson Gkheria Collins, even though I asked for an accurate description and videos of the vehicle. The manager Sean Sexton was of no help with "my problem now" (a $1500 repair), even with me having to call and leave a message three times to get a response. And the GM, Brendon Porter, never responded even after leaving three messages for him. It took over a month to send the title and I had to call and ask for it, I'm assuming because of my complaint. Look over these vehicles really well if you're out of town and beware of this dealership and their shady tactics. More

I had the good fortune to work with salesman John Omotola who was extremely detail oriented and conscientious. He provided excellent information and guidance throughout the entire process, all the way to ensuring transport delivery of the vehicle to my Tulsa address. He was kind, courteous, and very transparent and honest. His shepherding us with very consistent communication and updates took the stress out of the purchase. I would strongly recommend his services upon your next car purchase...from anywhere. John arranged for the waiver of the delivery fee which made getting the exact car we wanted with delivery to our door a breeze. I found it liberating not to be a captive to the local dealers.
