I will never bring a vehicle to this dealership again — and I strongly warn others to stay away. My 2025 Jeep Gladiator was not even a year old, and at barely 6,000 miles it suffered failures that should and I strongly warn others to stay away. My 2025 Jeep Gladiator was not even a year old, and at barely 6,000 miles it suffered failures that should never happen on a new vehicle. The dealership couldn’t diagnose anything until I started suggesting possible causes. Only then did they suddenly “discover” the issue. They ended up replacing a camshaft, tie rods, spark plugs, and several other components that should last well over a hundred thousand miles. Even worse, the dealership disabled the misfire notification — something that can only be done through their computer system. That is not an accident. That is not a misunderstanding. That is deliberate. They tried to blame it on it being driven and would just bump that loose so it would turn off when questioned. The service advisor Van couldn’t explain a single thing beyond reading the printout in front of him. The moment he was questioned, he shut down and refused to engage because his feelings got hurt. Well news flash you are in a customer service world people are going to confront you and ask “hard” questions if all you can do is read a piece of paper you need to find another job. The GM Jimmy was no help whatsoever. He refused to address any concerns, refused to acknowledge the dealership’s mistakes, and clearly had no intention of helping. His attitude made it obvious he knew his technicians had done something they shouldn’t have since no call back was even received when told he would “look” into and give me a call— and he had no interest in fixing it. As for Jeep as a brand, this entire experience is a complete failure. A new vehicle should never have these kinds of issues, and the lack of accountability from both the dealership and Jeep is unacceptable. This has destroyed my confidence in the brand. More
