I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer servi exceptional service at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer service here is truly making me reconsider keeping the SUV. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light and several other issues. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Service Manager, Michael, and my advisor, Ashley. They went above and beyond by ensuring the repairs were covered under warranty and pushing to get the work completed on time. Ashley kept me updated throughout the day, even sharing a video from the technician, Josh, who clearly explained the diagnosis and repair plan. This experience clearly highlights the excellent service culture Michael has established. Please pass along my gratitude to the team for a job well done. More
