Nicole provided an in depth explanation of all the buttons and controls located on the dashboard and steering wheel. I would never be able to understand all the functions available if it were not for Nicole’s description and demonstration of of all the buttons and switches. Mike provided a clear and full explanation of the lease process and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I commend Tim, Nicole and Mike for giving me the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had while purchasing/leasing an automobile.
