TL;DR Great service from everyone at World Subaru I TL;DR Great service from everyone at World Subaru I just purchased a 2022 Forester Wilderness from World Subaru, working with John Pierre in sales TL;DR Great service from everyone at World Subaru I just purchased a 2022 Forester Wilderness from World Subaru, working with John Pierre in sales, his manager Mike, Michael in finance, and Nicole who walked me through the car after my purchase. John Pierre was extremely knowledgeable on the car and Subaru’s services/features. Working with him felt more like an adult conversation than with some of the other dealers I had visited or spoken with who treated me a little … different. John Pierre was willing to work within my budget, help me to understand the car-buying process (I’m a first time new car-buyer), and I believe worked in absolute good faith to get me the car I wanted (again, something I did not sense from other dealers). Working with his manager Mike was a breeze. He and I spoke for maybe 10 minutes as he, too, worked out numbers within my budget, creating a more aggressive offering than other dealers had put forward. John Pierre came in on his day off to make sure my car was washed and waxed prior to me picking it up. He personable - we spent as much time talking about the car as we did life outside of work. Which was true of both Michael and Nicole. Michael walked me through the protection services and gladly worked within my budget to get me the most coverage - coverage I did not even want at first. But when I saw what Michael had put together, knowing the costs of repairs these days, he seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I was financially protected if something went wrong. Nicole then walked me through the car. I’m novice to all the new tech and features in new cars now, but she knew every square inch of the car. She was quick to answer all of my questions, provided real life scenarios where various features would come in handy, and even recommended certain changes to the settings that I might enjoy more than the default. I’ve owned Subaru before, so I know generally the reliability to expect. But after meeting with dealers that left me feeling like I’d rather work with a private party, working with John Pierre, Mike, Michael, and Nicole at World Subaru was genuinely a breathe of fresh air. More
