I was offered a fair trade in value and the paperwork showing the deal was always crystal clear, covering every penny. No add ons, no BS. I made the 4 hour drive without worry that the deal would change once I got there. Upon my arrival, Stephanie Vaughan was ready and waiting. She showed me the vehicle, welcomed a test drive, she even helped me move my items over from my old car! When we were waiting to sign the papers, the director of the finance department (Brooke Eixenberger) personally came down and helped get the paperwork done with the goal of getting us back on the road quickly and without delay. Working with Jerremy in the finance department his knowledge and professionalism made the transaction easy and painless. The week after purchasing the car I had the pleasure to experience working with the service department. I was getting the car tinted, 3m film applied and ceramic coated. Jesse kept me informed through the whole process and the turn around time was fantastic. When I got the car back it looked better than new. They even spotlessly cleaned the inside.
