Patience Mike was the perfect salesman to approach me. I had an idea of the features I wished to have in my car and he took his time and we walked around and Mike was the perfect salesman to approach me. He was very courteous and patient with me and made me feel as though this purchase meant a lot to me. Thank you Mike for your professionalism, courteousness and patience. You are highly recommended. The dealership itself was clean. Although the inventory was limited as far as the features I looked for together. The cars on the lot were well organized and easy to find on the inventory sheet. The staff I encountered was also friendly. I would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz New Orleans to family and friends. More
