I have been purchasing vehicles for nearly 30 years, with some purchases coming from the same dealer. This is the first time, in many years of purchasing vehicles, that I have been happy with the service and some purchases coming from the same dealer. This is the first time, in many years of purchasing vehicles, that I have been happy with the service and attention received from start to finish. My Sales Consultant, Michael Mongeau, was superb. He greeted me immediately as I began walking the lot; I have experienced walking other lots for over 30 minutes with no offers to assist, and ended up leaving in frustration. Michael is not a pushy sales man, and makes you feel comfortable with your decision. He provides information and lets you, the buyer, make an informed decision. There was also exemplary service after the sale. The vehicle I purchased needed minor repairs, and Michael ensured the work was done in a manner that he as a buyer would be happy with. He did not have to do this, as the dealership already had my check and he the sale. I was also introduced to the GM Rashon who was equally pleasant and helpful, as was the finance manager Mike W. He also was not pushy or aggressive and did not turn the payment process into something contentious, as I have experienced in other dealerships. All mentioned in this review were extremely helpful and professional and made the buying process pleasant. More
