Heads up for anyone buying used vehicles through Nucar. I recently bought and used 2024 f150. Truck was delivered to my house. They promised the truck to be detailed and cleaned. The outside was a mess. I recently bought and used 2024 f150. Truck was delivered to my house. They promised the truck to be detailed and cleaned. The outside was a mess. The second big issue was they are selling used trucks that they don’t even have the title too. Bought his truck they gave me temp plates only good for 20 days. It took over a month for the title. Very poor communication. I felt that was getting the run around. Had to keep calling every day over and over again. And I called the general manager with no call back either. Just be prepared if you buy something used from they and asked the title status. Very sketchy buying from them. More

Michael was great! He kept the process moving and made t easy to buy a truck.
