This past Monday, I picked up my Subaru ONYX Turbo Outback from this dealer. The experience was a BEST Plus Plus Plus. The whole process was painless and Brandon takes the time to walk you through e Outback from this dealer. The experience was a BEST Plus Plus Plus. The whole process was painless and Brandon takes the time to walk you through everything from soup to nuts. This is my third Lease with this dealership. Nico (General Manager) has a fine bunch of Professionals that work hard in meeting customers needs and making the transition from picking out the vehicle to driving it off the lot a GREAT Experience. South Shore Subaru Dealership hands down is far superior compared to other dealerships on Long Island. There are many Subarus around me but I chose this location because everyone was warm and helpful and did not just treat me as another sale to be made. Especially wonderful was Micah who I test drove location because everyone was warm and helpful and did not just treat me as another sale to be made. Especially wonderful was Micah who I test drove with and sold me a vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and packages available, but more importantly patient with all my questions and gave me time to make decisions. Even after I bought the car he was still helpful to me in sending documents to my new insurance company. If any of my friends or family are looking to buy a Subaru I would definitely take them back to this dealership and Micah. More
