It was a good experience but I was told it was gonna be washed when done and when I got the car back, it was in the same condition as I had it before there were still bugs on the windshield and front grill washed when done and when I got the car back, it was in the same condition as I had it before there were still bugs on the windshield and front grill but luckily I do have a unlimited car wash that I go to so it just took a little bit more time out of my day, but the thing was I was told I was gonna have a clean car when I got back and it didn’t happen. Also, they said that they couldn’t find the keys at the end so it took like an extra five minutes, probably to get my car while I was waiting outside. Also, I was calling a few times to find out about the. Oil change intervals and they had told me it was at 7500 miles but the car will tell you when it is needing service through the app and on screen so when I did call for the oil change appointment, the car told me to call and it was not able to schedule through the blue link app so I had to call it was saying that your dealership wasn’t set up for this and also when I got there the rep representative told me that I was there too early, even though the car was telling me that Service is due now, so maybe that needs to be looked at. More
