Couldn't be happier with my experience!!! I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 on September 10, 2019. Jamie Kline was my salesman, and he couldn't have been more helpful! He was extremely patient with me while i made my choice of which vehicle I wanted. He didnt try to persuade me into 1 vehicle over another. He made sure i got to test drive any vehicle I was interested in, and that I got to choose the one I liked the most. He wanted to make sure I was going to be 100% satisfied. He was very friendly, and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. No pressure on me at all. After the process, he got the truck into detail to be cleaned up very fast, and I was able to drive it home the same night, even after normal business hours had expired. He also helped me set up my bluetooth, and showed me how the touch screen worked before I left. I would highly recommend him as a salesman to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle from Thomas! Also would like to thank Michelle Folk, for helping me get the financing that worked best for me. She too, was beyond helpful to me with my purchase! Thomas of Cumberland has a 5 star rating from me, as I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. I would absolutely consider going there again for any future vehicle purchases. More
