Gabriel was a top tier salesman during my vehicle process. His professionalism and Honda knowledge is unmatched. Prior to visiting Mountain View, my wife and I viewed vehicles at Honda of Cleveland, process. His professionalism and Honda knowledge is unmatched. Prior to visiting Mountain View, my wife and I viewed vehicles at Honda of Cleveland, but ultimately left after not being greeted after walking the lot for 15 minutes as suspected employees wearing Honda polos were seated in a picnic area socializing were too occupied to approach us. This was not the case for Mountain View, as Gabriel approached us just a couple minutes after exiting our vehicle. The General Manager Tara Strickland assisted in explaining options to us and we never felt pressured to sign anything. During the financial portion, Christian Olvera took his time and broke down all the warranty options. He wasn't too pushy and made sure we had the products that fit our needs and plans for the future. Michelle took her time walking us through the features of the vehicle and it was clear she was genuinely excited for us. We got a speed run that saved us a lot of time Googling or watching YouTube videos. We were especially impressed because she wasn't our salesperson and had nothing to gain from going above and beyond to explain the features purely out of passion for the brand. I would highly recommend buying from Mountain View Honda. They gave us a fair deal and didn't keep us sitting around forever. The process was straight forward and seamless from beginning to end. My experience with Mtn. View Honda has been a nightmare. I purchased a used vehicle that needed sensor/radar issues repaired & was promised everything would be taken care of View Honda has been a nightmare. I purchased a used vehicle that needed sensor/radar issues repaired & was promised everything would be taken care of—I returned a few weeks later because radar malfunction messages were popping up—(side note: I was told that I would have 6 months/6,000 miles of worry free maintenance since it was a used car) I was SHOCKED when I was told I’d have to pay $400 for the repair. I left frustrated because they tried to sell me a “new” car (2024) that was going to cost me an additional $75 a month and 3 MORE years of payments 😳 *Their offer included me trading in the used car I just purchased but my trade in value was $3000 less. OMG —I left in tears . . . I have since had a certified body shop fix the radar issues and they reported that the car had had body work done (Carfax report does not include a collision 😡) Mtn. View Honda did not disclose this. I’m now out $350 for this repair & the body shop said the problem was recalibration—when Mtn. View Honda performed the earlier repairs they failed to do this. It’s been an ordeal & I regret the day I drove into the lot. I won’t return, nor will I suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I WILL NOT suggest this dealership to anyone—I was sold a used car that they promised would be great and that I had 6 months of worry free maintenance if I purchased —it’s been there twice for service and no used car that they promised would be great and that I had 6 months of worry free maintenance if I purchased —it’s been there twice for service and now they’re asking me to pay to “fix” something that they should be taking care of —SO DISAPPOINTED in the dealership & their customer service —I will probably end up trading this 🍋 to another dealership. Logan Henson went above and beyond to make sure I understood the details of the vehicle I was intere received during the time spent at Mountain View. The only complaint that I have is the excessive amount of time that I had to wait on the finance manager to complete the financial paperwork! After I signed preliminary paperwork that I would purchase a vehicle, I waited for 2 hours on the finance manager! That was excessive and I would have liked to have had dinner and returned to complete paperwork. Other than that, I don’t have any concerns and the staff were very accommodating More

Jakob Hawkins was my sales man. He was quick to respond to my interest on a vehicle as well as Michelle. Jakob sent me all the information about the vehicle when I asked for it. He set up a test drive appointment and got me all set up for my buying. There was a check engine light for a part that needed replaced. They address the issue and replacement in a timely manner.
