I have been knowing Derrick since he worked at bmw of Towson and he has always been honest and looked out in my best interest. His honesty represents BMW OF Owings Mills and I value that in a service rep Towson and he has always been honest and looked out in my best interest. His honesty represents BMW OF Owings Mills and I value that in a service rep to be openly honest about my vehicle so I can make decision based on service input and not pressure into a repair. The customer service of the entire service staff including the rental staff was exceptional. My issue was addressed without any push back or excuses.
