When I let him know about a feature that I thought was problematic, he was willing to show me how to turn it off. He also worked in my favor to get me a discount towards financing my car. Eric also took the time to show me other features of the car when I asked. He was very accommodating. Thank you Bruce for giving me a discount and simplified explanation of financing the car. Bruce didn't pressure me but he was patient and answered my questions when asked. All of the staff members that I encountered were respectful and welcoming. Thank you, I left happy ☺️ with my purchase. This is my first new car ever, yaaay 😁!!! More
