Transmission, electrical components, I had to take it several times to actually get fixed. The scheduling an oil change is a nightmare. I called and spoke with a scheduling department which is clearly outsourced and she sent me to the wrong dealership…the lady who answered that phone didn’t answer with the name of the dealership so for about 14 mins was stuck on a call with a lady who was trying to find my information and asked for personal information and the vin just to find out it wasn’t even the correct dealership. It has not been a pleasant experience at all. Changes need to be made. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down someone to schedule a simple oils change. Will never buy another vehicle or refer anyone to this dealership again. More

I love this dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and all the people are so amazing. I love my Mazda cx5 and will continue to support this dealership. I wanted to share my experience with the purchase of my recent vehicle because, unfortunately, it was disappointing enough that I do not plan to do business with your dealership again. My primary concern recent vehicle because, unfortunately, it was disappointing enough that I do not plan to do business with your dealership again. My primary concern was my interaction with the finance manager. During the financing process, he repeatedly told me that I would receive a refund of more than $2,000 for a service plan on the vehicle I was trading in. The problem is that I never purchased a service plan on that vehicle, so no refund was ever due. He used this supposed refund to suggest that purchasing the service plan he was offering would essentially cost me nothing out of pocket. Even after I declined the coverage, he continued to press the issue. Whether this was a misunderstanding or an intentional sales tactic, it significantly damaged my trust in the process. I also pointed out during the paperwork that my contact information was incorrect. I was assured that it would be corrected before everything was finalized, but it was never updated. Finally, as my temporary tags were nearing expiration, I called the dealership multiple times to check on the status of my permanent registration. Each time, I was told that someone from the finance office would return my call. No one ever did. I should not have had to repeatedly follow up for something as basic as obtaining information about my vehicle registration. I purchased the vehicle because it met my needs, but the experience surrounding the transaction left me with very little confidence in your finance department or your customer service after the sale. The combination of misleading information, failure to correct my paperwork after assuring me it would be fixed, and the complete lack of follow-up has ensured that I will not consider your dealership for future vehicle purchases. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future customers. More
