I have been in the car business for over 2 1/2 years after spending 20 years in the restaraunt world as a manager and server. I am also an Army Veteran (joined right after 9/11) and spent 3 years teaching at Georgia State University (2 Master's Degrees). I bring a hospitality mindset to making clients comfortable and I'm happy to work at your pace. No high pressure sales. I want you to enjoy your experience and believe that simply answering questions and advising creates the best car shopping environment. I try to treat people the way I want to be treated when shopping for my own vehicles. I'm a huge Atlanta sports fan and play hockey at least twice a week. I love F Series trucks, Mustangs, and Broncos and think Ford's Electric Vehicles are really impressive and poised to be an industry benchmark.

Awesomeness! !! I walked in at 11:30am and was out with my new truck at 2:10pm🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Robert was my salesperson, he was very tentative to my needs. He worked w !! He worked with me answered all my questions and even came in on his day off! Leo(Mr Finance) wasn't just a numbers guy! He was down to earth! We shared life lessons! He broke down everything before I signed anything. He even worked with a sister. I had budget, and there was no pressure. He gave me time, so I can get everything I will need in the future. Sitting by myself for a few, I saw the other employees communicating and working together. Hospitality was very nice and warm. The place itself was elegantly cleaned. I felt like a queen, more importantly special. Not a number or a dollar sign. They both worked very hard to give me what I wanted and at the same got to know me! My only negative issue was very small, I didn't get that new car ribbon! Don't judge me!😎 Other than that, these guys made my week. The initial negative reason that brought me to them went away when I met these guys!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I would definitely recommend this place and these people when your ready to buy a vehicle! When I went to pick my truck up (I drove all the way from Portland, TN), the check engine light was on, so I left it there, and they fixed it under warranty immediately, then gave me a free Line-X bed liner Portland, TN), the check engine light was on, so I left it there, and they fixed it under warranty immediately, then gave me a free Line-X bed liner and shipped the truck to me and hour north of Nashville, TN and it had a full tank of gas when it arrived! They also told me they would sell me a warranty at their cost if I choose to do that! They couldn't have been nicer about it! Very responsive customer service! I will buy from them again! More

Robert sent us all the details, photos and had a Facetime communication and demo. We finally made it to Atlanta. Truck was ready - clean with full tank of diesel. Paperwork was ready for signing, all neat and clear. Andre at the finance department was fun to work with. We might buy the second truck here in the near future. More
