On 1/21/2026, I had a great experience with George Laloyan (sales man) and Chad Clarke (sales manager) in sales as well as Marco Saines in Finance, the experience was simple and streamlined, I got th Laloyan (sales man) and Chad Clarke (sales manager) in sales as well as Marco Saines in Finance, the experience was simple and streamlined, I got the best price out of 10 dealership for a 2025 WRX, and the color I wanted. They beat everyone on speed and transaction clarity. The sales follow up from George was execellent and transparency in finance and sales pricing was good from Marco and Chad Respectively, and the car wasn't ruined by the porters or prep, as I've had issues at other Subaru dealerships beating up the new cars before delivery. The signing was all electronic and the experience was one of the best local dealership sales experiences I had. My old recommendation would be to bring back online parts sales that Mckenna Subaru had before they became Sutherlin Subaru, as it was very convient and competive for pick up and parts ordering, and I got all my oem accessories there previouisly. More

Just wow. Danny was absolutely amazing. We’ve had bad luck with the last three cars we were sold elsewhere, where salespeople pushed things on us just to make Danny was absolutely amazing. We’ve had bad luck with the last three cars we were sold elsewhere, where salespeople pushed things on us just to make a quick sale. Danny was the complete opposite. He actually listened and matched our lifestyle to the right car, without overselling anything we didn’t need—and instead explained and recommended what we truly did need. He took the time to explain everything in detail: how the car works, where everything is, the performance, and even took us on multiple test drives. We weren’t expecting to buy a car that day at all, but Danny made the experience so comfortable, honest, and pressure-free that we confidently pulled the trigger. I’m pregnant and came straight from work without having eaten, and Danny even offered complimentary food, which meant a lot. Even after the deal was basically done, he stayed with us, continued explaining the car, and genuinely talked with us about our life. He actually cared—we never felt like just another customer or a walking wallet. Danny truly made us feel like part of the Subaru family. This was hands-down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had, and we will never buy a car anywhere else again. Highly, highly recommend. More
