Mr. Ortiz was an excellent salesman from start to finish. I was overwhelmed because my existing 2009 Sonata was broken and left me with no transportation. Mr. Ortiz picked me up at my home, drove me to the d I was overwhelmed because my existing 2009 Sonata was broken and left me with no transportation.
