This group, while seeming to be mostly men, were professional, decent guys who did what they said they would. That said, and true, I bought a ceramic coat and extended warranty, at time of purchase, and I changed my mind after driving away. I anticipate these products can be returned, but if I get a hard time I will come back and update this review. More
