I bought the car unseen. After it was delivered, I decided I didn't want it and asked to have it returned. I was told all sales are final. This experience with Findlay has left me cold and abandoned. By far the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. More

They are a good group. I went to literally dozens of dealerships over 6 months of careful car shopping. This group, while seeming to be mostly men, were professional, decent guys who did what they said they would. That said, and true, I bought a ceramic coat and extended warranty, at time of purchase, and I changed my mind after driving away. I anticipate these products can be returned, but if I get a hard time I will come back and update this review. More
