As a Nashville native raised in the Antioch and Franklin areas, I genuinely care about my community. I graduated from Page High School in 2017 and have a passion for soccer, having played since I was five and even continuing in college. In my free time, I like to collect sneakers and vintage clothing, and I find joy in building Legos, working on puzzles, and trying new foods. Ford/Lincoln of Franklin created an incredibly positive buying experience. Specifically, Miguel Villanueva is a very personable salesman, and he assisted me in finding the right Lincoln Navigator optioned buying experience. I live in northern Kentucky, near Cincinnati, Oh, and once the deal was done, Miguel arranged for the SUV delivery to my front door. I would not change anything in this entire experience. Me and my wife were looking for a deal on a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. My wife what some specifics that she wanted with the car like the light interior, sunroof, etc. we looked all over the country onlin Nautilus Hybrid. My wife what some specifics that she wanted with the car like the light interior, sunroof, etc. we looked all over the country online and came across Lincoln of Franklin. She reached out and was contacted by Miguel. He immediately went to work in finding her one that met all of her wants and was able to put a great deal together for the new vehicle, our trade in and finance options. We also live in Florida so we were concerned with having to drive up to Tennessee with the trade in and back with the new vehicle. Miguel and team took care of us and arranged delivery of the new vehicle to our house as well as taking the trade in off our hands without us paying any penny extra. We have been completely happy with our purchase and experience and thank Miguel and Lincoln of Franklin for the experience. More
