She was responsive to my emails and calls, and she was quick at getting final price nego I appreciated Mijie Andrade's direct, business-like approach. During the process, she left for vacation, and back-up help was inconsistent and incomplete in responding; however, on the day I picked up my car, Anastasia was attentive, responsive, and informative and the hand-off went smoothly. I would not hesitate to work with Mijie and Anastasia again. Although I did appreciate the positive customer interactions, I did feel like I shook too many hands during the process. Probably better to shack too many hands instead of too few. Again, I appreciated the direct, efficient, and relatively low pressure process.
