I want nothing to do with Gary Yeoman Ford. My experiences with all of the staff including the Customer Advocate were terrible except for my salesman. I have taken my 2020 Escape to another Ford dealer to have it serviced, even though I have to pay for it just so I don't have to deal with their service department. More
