Called to make an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation, the employee at Arrigo Said “no appointment necessary, that it is an express service and I just show up and they take care of it. So I showed up a week later on a early Friday morning, and the first thing the service advisor asked me was”if I had an appointment?” To which I replied the fore mentioned conversation . He said well it’s going to be 3 to 3 half hours. I said ok I need it done but how is this “express” maybe they should take the “express” signage of the entrance . I’m still here going 6 hours. So mad. More
